Palm Springs Wedding Photographer | Tim & Steven
As a Palm Springs wedding photographer, it was an honor photographing Tim and Steven’s day. This wedding was truly one of a kind and a real fairytale. This wedding was held at a stunning museum and everything from the ceremony to the reception was outdoors. I would describe this day as whimsical and romantic. The theme was an autumn fairytale with hints of autumn everywhere. The little pumpkin details definitely gave the wedding a Cinderella flair. For all the details on this magical wedding day, you will have to keep reading!

Tim and Steven got ready with their wedding parties. They both wore matching suits in different colors which went perfect with their autumn theme. This whole day was truly magical. Tim and Steven were married under the gazebo by their pastor from their church. After sharing their first kiss, the snow machine went off as they made their exit down the aisle which really made the moment feel like a real life fairytale. It is always amazing having the honor of not only capturing my couple’s weddings, but also their proposals. Tim reached out to me to plan a special proposal. To read about how Tim proposed to Steven at Pfeiffer Beach in Big Sur, you have to read this blogpost.

Tim and Steven curated their wedding with tons of entertainment throughout the reception. They surprised their guests with a drag queen show which definitely was a highlight of the evening and super fun. They had performances with tons of dancing. It was really incredible. Along with the performances, the venue had amazing entertainment setups like a cigar area, two cocktail lawns, and a game area. We got to capture some amazing portraits of Tim and Steven on the huge, white blow up bouncy castle. That was pretty incredible.

To keep the fairytale theme going, they had one of the most unique cakes I have ever seen that was three tiered and centered in a beautiful cake stand that really gave it a Cinderella touch. On each side was a separate cake that had a glass slipper on the left and a carriage on the right. The writing on the cake said, “And They Lived Happily Ever After” which was just so pretty. To continue the Cinderella inspiration, Tim and Steven sat under a carriage-like display during the reception dinner which was fitting for these two lovebirds. It was such an honor to photograph this special wedding and I am so excited for Tim and Steven’s future together.
