I loved getting to spend the day with Andrew and Anthi photographing their Big Sur engagement photoshoot! His mom hired me and we SUCH a fun hour-long chat. She’s definitely the coolest mom ever and it was the sweetest thing ever to hear her talk about Andrew and Anthi being the perfect match (I couldn’t agree more!). She’s actually used to be a wedding planner in the New England area. Small world, huh? I love little serendipities like that. Read on for all the smiles!

Andrew and Anthi were traveling up and down the coast for a little vacation. Little did Anthi know a surprise proposal was part on the itinerary! She was SO surprised! Andrew did everything right and it was such a sweet and simple occasion. They’re the cutest young couple!

Nothing says classic Big Sur engagement photoshoot more than coasts, cliffs, and forests! It was so fun getting to take them all around the area! That’s one of the best things about Big Sur is that you don’t have to choose between different settings. You get so many epic textures and colors in a Big Sur engagement photoshoot! Andrew and Anthi didn’t need any direction from me whatsoever. I LOVE this shot of Anthi on her tip toes! Anyone else love a cute height difference?
