Big Sur Family Photographer | Casas Family

As a Big Sur family photographer, I had the best time photographing baby Zade for the first time. He is the most precious baby boy and we had a lot of fun. I came over to the Casas family home to capture some timeless portraits of newborn Zade and portraits around their cozy home. Everything was decorated for the holidays so that means the Christmas tree was up and the stockings and gifts were all on display! Christmas is such a perfect time for any family photo sessions or newborn photo sessions. All the details throughout this session were absolutely precious. Newborn Photography Session

We captured so many precious details in the newborn photography session. Zade’s baby room was so cute. We had him pose in his baby crib and his changing station. His momma Carly held him in her hands as she fed him and it was just the most wholesome moment. We then swaddled him in his baby blue blanket as he posed with his elephant friends. We made sure to capture his favorite teddy bear and all the fun paintings and portraits hung up on the walls.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any cuter, he had a few adorable outfit changes. He posed as Mr. Harry Potter in his wizard hat, glasses, and magic wand. That has to be one of the best baby costumes in the world. And he then did a quick outfit change as he laid by the Christmas tree as Santa Clause. His red Santa hat and matching pants were so adorable! One of my favorite details was the little note from Zade to his daddy. He and his mommy made him a cup of coffee and left him a note. He is so thoughtful, don’t you think? I had the most awesome time photographing Zade and hope to see him again!
