As a local Carmel Photographer, I have captured hundreds of engagements in our area and you just cannot go wrong by choosing your proposal location here. This day especially was perfect and I was so excited to photograph John and Carie. They were the cutest couple and the scene was set for these two. After some beach portraits, I photographed these two in the beautiful Carmel hills. These two lovebirds danced in the sunset and it couldn’t have been any more dreamy. I loved capturing John and Carie’s special moment. This will definitely be a day they get to look back on. I am so excited for their future together as they embark on this new journey.

What do you love most about your partner? 

Carie is funny and sweet. She loves to hang out just her and I, which I appreciate. She makes me laugh by being silly around the house or cracking good observational jokes.

When did you know they were THE one?

Through our uncertain times in college and the certain times after, I knew she was for sure the one about two years ago when I tried to imagine my future and my family, and I couldn’t see anyone else but her.

It’s a single band with a cushion halo around the center diamond! Can’t wait to see it on her finger.
