Today we’re sharing about another corporate event: the Mixpanel Company Kickoff. Mixpanel is a company that helps entities grow their business by learning why users convert, engage, and retain. Additionally, they have offices all over the globe, including London, Singapore, and Barcelona! I was so excited to be their local Monterey photographer at their three-day company event at the Portola Hotel and Spa in Monterey, California.

About the Event

Mixpanel chose to host this awesome meeting at the Portola Hotel and Spa in Monterey. This meant that 250 people gathered for training conferences, keynote speakers, and themed dinners for their creativity kickoff. I have never seen a corporate company have such fun and innovative team bonding experiences! It was such a delight to be their local Monterey photographer.

Company Culture

People were also constantly volunteering, participating, and engaged in meetings. In between presentations, there were even breakout circles for games which were so fun to photograph. The energy of the rooms made me wish I was working for this company!

Above all, I loved seeing how talented and creative this group of people were! They dressed up in costumes, offering performances in the talent show. It was all truly impressive.

Monterey Vibes

Monterey and Carmel are a premier coastal destination for companies from San Francisco to the bay area. This hotel offered a beautiful venue, location, and pace. Overall, this area offers many different options for venues such as Carmel Valley Ranch, Folktale Winery, Holman Ranch, and the new Monterey Conference Center. All of which are venues I’ve photographed at as a local Monterey photographer. As a result, I was so grateful for the opportunity to capture this event.
