Noah and Jenn are originally from the Bay Area, so when they told me they’re coming to Pebble Beach for a weekend getaway, we knew it’d be the perfect place for a Pebble Beach surprise proposal! They wanted to propose in a private location and have an intimate proposal. We worked together to find the perfect place that overlooked the coast and the city in the far distance. As a local Monterey photographer, I was so excited to shoot this proposal; the soft colors and concept make me swoon!

Noah wrote letters to Jenn after significant dates they had together and kept them in a box for the anticipation of proposing one day! As their proposal photographer, the plan was for me to put the box where it would be waiting for her, and when she opened the box, there’d be a letter waiting for her. She’d open the letter and then he planned to kneel and propose.

It was my pleasure as a local Monterey proposal photographer to shoot this romantic engagement! It was so sweet to see her expression as she rifled through each of the letters. There were letters from when they had a long-distance relationship, their first date together, and a couple that described their dates that night. She was taken aback by how romantic it all was!

We celebrated with champagne after she said the long anticipated yes.
